A striking original W.D. Wallace cantilever chair, designed and made in Australia circa 1969. Featuring its original vibrant orange leather sling seat and backrest on a polished chrome cantilever frame, this is a fantastic example of iconic late mid-century Australian design.
The chair presents well loved and retains plenty of character. The original leather shows age-related wear, including a small crack and light marks consistent with its vintage age. The chrome frame has some tarnishing and wear but remains presentable. Enjoy it exactly as it is with its authentic patina, or reupholster the leather to give it a fresh new look. Priced with condition in mind.
