Original vintage painting by Australian artist Neil Savage (1929–2000), depicting a dramatic stylised bull and matador against a heavily textured red, orange and ochre background.
The reverse retains its original provenance label, which states that this work is one of only 30 copies of an original by Neil Savage and, importantly, that “this copy was painted by the artist himself”. It is personally inscribed for Beverley Serry and dated 18/7/67.
