A beautiful piece of Australian vintage furniture by Alrob, manufactured in North Coburg, Victoria and dated 2 February 1971.
Featuring a striking timber-look laminate finish with contrasting timber edging, recessed handles and tapered legs. The five generous drawers offer plenty of storage while the warm grain and clean lines give it that unmistakable early-1970s Australian look.
The original Alrob manufacturer’s stamp remains inside the drawer, including the North Coburg location and 2/2/71 date — a fantastic detail that documents the piece’s history.
Good vintage condition with general age-related wear. Some small chips and wear to the laminate along the top edge, as pictured.
